Steve Chapman, Vice President - International and General Manager International Distributor Business, Cummins. Mr. Chapman joined Cummins in 1985 as Manager International Business Development. He received an MPPM Management from Yale University in 1985 and a BA Asian Studies/Political Science from St. Olaf College. Mr. Chapman currently leads one of Cummins four business units, the International Distributor Business Unit. In recent years, he has worked in Singapore and China and has been a key contributor to Cummins significant business growth in both China and Asia. |

Dr. John Wall, Vice President and Chief Technical Officer, Cummins. Dr. Wall joined Cummins in 1986 as Chief Engineer, Heavy-Duty Products. He received his ScD. SM (Honors Curriculum), and SB degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

David R. Demers, Chief Executive Officer, Westport Innovations. Mr. David Demers is the founder of Westport Innovations Inc., and has been Chief Executive Officer since it was formed. He began his career at IBM Canada in 1978, and held several positions in Marketing and Management there before leaving to form a consulting company providing management services to early-stage technology companies. Mr. Demers was a founding partner in the Vancouver Social Venture Partners foundation, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Cummins Westport Inc., Clean Energy Fuels Corp., ECRI, and BrightSide Technologies Inc. He is Chair of the Technology Division of the United Way's 2006 Campaign Cabinet, and has also served on the advisory board for the National Research Council's IRAP program between 1999 and 2003. Mr. Demers has a Bachelor of Physics Degree and a Bachelor of Laws Degree, both from the University of Saskatchewan. |

Dr. J. Michael Gallagher, President
and Chief Operating Officer, Westport Innovations. Over a 30-year career, Dr. Gallagher has held senior positions at various engineering and environmental services companies. He was most recently Senior Vice-President, Operations, Americas, Mining and Minerals, of Fluor Corp., an international engineering company headquartered in Orange County, California. Dr. Gallagher’s position at Fluor was based in Vancouver. Dr. Gallagher obtained his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering in 1973 from Stanford University. He also has Master of Science degrees in both Engineering Economics Systems and Mechanical Engineering from Stanford and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics and Mathematics from Wabash College in Indiana. |

Elaine A. Wong, Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Westport Innovations. Elaine A. Wong joined Westport in September 2001 as Director, Corporate Performance responsible for the company’s financial planning and analysis, and is currently our Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer. She is also a Director of CWI. She also serves as Westport’s representative on the Board of Directors of Canadian Business for Social Responsibility (CBSR), a non-profit, national membership organisation of Canadian companies who have made a commitment to operate in a socially, environmentally, and financially responsible manner. Prior to joining us, Ms. Wong was the Director of Corporate Performance for TELUS Enterprise Solutions, an information technology company with offices across Canada and in Asia, where she was involved in strategy, planning, and corporate development projects. Ms. Wong has her Chartered Accountant (1993) and Certified Public Accountant (2001) designations, as well as a Bachelors of Commerce Degree with Honours (1990) from the University of British Columbia. |
